The Bushmills Inn, housed in a lovingly restored 17th-century building, offers seasonal, locally sourced dishes in its atmospheric restaurant, cosy booths, patio, or traditional Gas Bar.
The Leddie serves unfussy, carefully made food inspired by the coast and seasons, from hearty breakfasts to flavourful dinners, complemented by a relaxed bar, lounge, and sunlit garden.
The Kithmore, opening in summer 2026, brings a warm, clubhouse feel to St Andrews with hearty Scottish breakfasts, seasonal evening fare, and local beers, wines, and whiskies enjoyed indoors or on the terrace.
